JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an electrical technician, you will be part of a small team of technicians working on our contract on the West Coast Line West, which stretches from Halmstad to Gothenburg. Here, we work with the operation and maintenance of the entire railway facility, where you as an electrical technician focus on maintenance and troubleshooting of overhead lines, switch heating, lighting, and power supply. To thrive in this role, we see that you enjoy working in a team, want to learn, and independently drive your work forward.

You have the opportunity to be flexible as travel, on-call duty at home, as well as weekend and night work occur. Therefore, we see that you live in the local area.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school education with a focus on electricity or equivalent.
• Work experience as an electrician or electrical technician.
• Driver's license B (manual).
• Meets medical requirements to be approved for safety service.

Meritorious:

• Post-secondary education in railway technology.
• Competence as a connection leader for overhead lines.
• Experience in railway maintenance.
• Authorization to operate track vehicles.
• Driver's license C.
• Authorization from the Electrical Safety Authority.
